Room layouts

The SDSC/Calit2 Synthesis Center is a 25 x 40 foot meeting space that can seat up to 55 people.

Tables and chairs

We offer the following standard table and chair arrangements:

Lecture room layout
Lecture (52 people)
Workshop room layout
Workshop (30 people)
Meeting room layout
Meeting (26 people)
 

Custom arrangements are available, however the front row of tables (left side) are permanent. 

The 55-person limit for the facility is based upon building safety codes and will be enforced.

Catering

The center has a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker for small events.  Larger events may use UCSD Catering and place buffet tables inside the room foyer or in the adjacent building lobby.
